Divi's Full Width Menu module allows you to place a navigation menu anywhere on the page. This could be used to add a second page menu to the page, or it could be used in conjunction with the Blank Page feature to move your main navigation to the bottom of the page. For example, you can move your menu below your first section to accommodate people with a large startup image. This basically allows your header navigation to move around the page using the builder!
