Divi: The best WordPress theme of all time!
With over 600.000 downloads, Divi is the most popular WordPress theme in the world. It is complete, easy to use and comes with more than 62 free templates. [Recommended]
The full-featured Divi card modules make it easy to integrate custom Google Maps anywhere on your page. You can even add unlimited pins to the map and set a custom starting location. The map modules are also in Normal Width format, so be sure to check that too!
Google Maps API Key
Then you will be asked to name your project. You can name the project as you want. In this example, I simply called it "Cards". You can also enter the domain name of your website (add an * in front of it if you allow access from www.domain.com and domain.com) to ensure that your API key is allowed.
Once you have created a named project, an API key that you can use is displayed.
After obtaining an API key, you must copy / paste it into the theme options panel by going to: Divi >> Theme Options >> General Settings >> Google Maps API Key
How to add the Divi Full Screen Card module
Before you can add a full-screen map module to your page, you must first jump to Divi Builder. Once the Divi theme is installed on your website, you will notice a button Use Divi Builder above the publisher each time you create a new page. Click this button to activate Divi Builder and access all Divi Builder modules. Then click on the button Use Visual Builder to start the generator in visual mode. You can also click on the button Enable Visual Builder when you browse your website in the foreground if you are connected to your WordPress dashboard.
Once you have entered Visual Builder, you can click the gray plus button to add a new module to your page. The new fullwidth modules can only be added inside the fullwidth sections.
If you start a new page, do not forget to add a fullwidth section to your page first.

Locate the full-width map module in the list of modules and click on it to add it to your page. The list of modules is searchable, which means that you can also type the word "full screen map" and then click enter to search and automatically add the full-width map module! Once the module is added, you will be greeted by the list of options of the module. These options are separated into three main groups: Contents , Design et Advanced .
Use Case Example: Add a full-width map module to a contact page
A full-width map module is a great way to showcase your business location on your contact page. And the ability to add multiple pins to your map to highlight different locations and company information is a useful and engaging feature.
For this example, I will add a full-width map module to present the location and information of the company by adding a custom pin to the map.
Important Make sure that a valid Google API key has been entered in the Divi theme Options panel. The card module will not work without it.
Using Visual Builder, add a Fullwidth section at the bottom of the contact page. Then insert the Fullwidth Map module into your new section. In the Content tab of the full-width map settings, enter the address of your company under the Address option of the card center. The map center address is the center point of the map.
Then click + Add a new item to create your first pin. Update the following items:
Title: [enter the title of your location] Content: [enter the content of your lapel pin (address and phone number)] Map Address: [enter the address for this location]

That's all. You now have a full-width dynamic map module at the bottom of the contact page with a clickable pin that displays company information.
Full-width map module content options
In the content tab, you will find all the content elements of the module, such as text, images and icons. All that controls what appears in your module will always be found in this tab.
Google API Key
The Maps module uses the Google Maps API and requires a valid Google API key to function. Before you use the Map module, make sure you have added your API key in the Options panel of the Divi theme.
Map Center Address
Enter an address for the central point of the map, and the address will be geocoded and displayed on the map below. This is useful if you have multiple pins and want the map to be enlarged to a specific and more specific location. You can simply type an address in a standard format, such as "1235 Sunny Road, Some City, State, 88343".
This will change the module label in the constructor for easy identification. When you use the WireFrame view in Visual Builder, these labels appear in the module block of the Divi Builder interface.
Full-width map design options
In the Design tab, you'll find all the module's style options, such as fonts, colors, sizing, and spacing. This is the tab you will use to change the appearance of your module. Each Divi module has a long list of design parameters that you can use to change anything.
Mouse wheel Zoom
Here you can choose whether the zoom level will be controlled by the mouse wheel or not. Often, it is better to disable this option so that visitors are not disturbed when they scroll on the page and block the mouse wheel in the iframe of the card. This is especially true for full-width card modules.
You can choose here if the card can be moved on mobile devices.
Use the grayscale filter
Enabling this option will turn your map into a grayscale image.
Advanced full-width map options
In the Advanced tab, you'll find options that more experienced web designers might find useful, such as custom CSS and HTML attributes. Here you can apply custom CSS to one of the many elements of the module. You can also apply custom classes and CSS IDs to the module, which can be used to customize the module in the style.css file of your child theme.
Enter an optional CSS identifier to use for this module. An ID can be used to create a custom CSS style or to create links to particular sections of your page.
Enter the optional CSS classes to use for this module. A CSS class can be used to create a custom CSS style. You can add multiple classes, separated by a space. These classes can be used in your Divi child theme or in the custom CSS style sheet that you add to your page or website by using Divi theme options or Divi Builder page settings.
Easily create your Online Store

Custom CSS can also be applied to the module and to one of the internal elements of the module. In the Custom CSS section, you will find a text field in which you can add custom CSS style sheets directly to each element. The CSS entries in these parameters are already wrapped in the style tags. So just enter the CSS rules separated by semicolons.
This option allows you to control the devices on which your module appears. You can choose to disable your module on tablets, smart phones or desktops individually. This is useful if you want to use different modules on different devices, or if you want to simplify mobile design by eliminating certain elements of the page.
Individual full-width map content options
When creating a new pin, you can assign a title. This title will appear in the box by hovering over the pin on the map.
When creating a new pin, you can assign a block of content text. This text will appear in the box by flying over the pin on the map.
This is the exact spot on the map where your new pin will appear. You can enter the address in a standard format.
