  • What do they want to learn?
  • How can you help them?

When you feel confident about how you've answered these questions, start planning the event.

  • How many speakers do you want?
  • Will it be a live or in-person webinar-based summit?
  • Who would attend and when should it be?

Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to organize your summit. So promote, promote, promote.

How to make money blogging with a virtual summit?

However, it could also mean…

  • Partner with another blogger to create a product together and sell it to each other's audience

The thing is, I keep talking about the importance of growing your audience. This applies equally to building win-win business partnerships.

Find other businesses or people who match your audience, your blogging goals and, more importantly, your plans for making money blogging. From there, it's just a matter of finding a way to work together so that all parties benefit.

11. Podcast sponsorships

If you've thought about how much you need to start a podcast...

Well, now is your chance. It will be a lot of fun and it can help you considerably.
