How to manage form submissions in Elementor

Need to manage form submissions in Elementor?

Elementor's form builder is getting better and better. And since you can manage your form submissions directly in your WordPress dashboard without installing any additional plugin.

Previously you had to install Form vibes to manage form submissions in Elementor. Elementor's new built-in Form Submission Manager lets you view form submissions, edit submission content, and delete submission.

If you want to do additional processing on your form submissions using a more sophisticated tool (for example, Microsoft Excel), you can also export the form submissions to a CSV file.

Elementor's built-in form submission manager functionality is especially useful if you often use the Form widget to add form to your page.

How to use Elementor's built-in form submission manager

Step 1: Define the action of the form to collect submissions

To be able to manage form submissions using Elementor's built-in form submission manager, you must set the form action. Once you are done defining the form fields, open the block After Submit Actions and select Collect Submissions.

That's all.

When you define your form action on Collect Submissions, Elementor sends submissions to the form submission manager through which you can manage them.

A little advice. To make it easy for you to identify your forms, you can add a name to them.

Step 2: Start managing your form submissions

Once your form has been uploaded and some submissions have already been collected, you can start managing them. To do so, you can go to Elementor -> Submissions in your dashboard. Select a form for which you want to manage shipments in the form column.

To view the details of a submission, you can simply hover over the submission and click on the link View. To remove the submission, you can simply click on the link Trash.

If you want to export the submissions to a CSV file for further processing, you can just click the button Export Selected to CSV on the right side. Before clicking on this button, you must select the submissions to export.
