How to Assign Categories to WordPress Pages

I would all of the same have a question regarding the impact on SEO.
If I post studies as a page and I classify them into categories as suggested here (which would suit me), I end up with a jerk in my sitemap file, my page also being in "page- sitemap.xml ”than in“ category-sitemap.xml ”.

Doesn't this risk creating a penalizing duplication of content for SEO?

So already thank you very much for this tutorial, I was taking the lead to do that and thanks to you in two minutes it was done :).
By cons I have a little problem. I have my tabs in the “collections” menu with my “jewelry” “hats” etc. categories under the menu. When I click on jewelry for example, I have all my pages where I checked the jewelry category that appears, but not in alphabetical order. So I cannot settle this via wordpress or if a plugin is needed ..
