Hi Thierry,
Thanks for sharing this information with your readers. I see a pretty long list of questions! Tell me, don't you think numbers can discourage your subscribers? Do you receive responses from your subscribers?
See you soon.
Chafik
Yes, I have about 45% feedback. And I admit that it really helps to better understand the expectations of readers. I advise you to do the same. 🙂
See you soon
Hello Thierry,
This example of a welcome message is a very good example.
It contains all the essential elements for a message of
welcome perfect.
- A summary of what the new subscriber will receive from you throughout their registration
- A brief description of who you are and what you do (allowing your subscriber to know to whom
he's dealing)
- Well-thought-out questions to know what situation your new registrant is in
And what their needs are. This will make it possible to find answers to its different needs.
- The call to action, asking the subscriber to take the time to respond to the message and ask all the questions that are important to him. And a promise of an answer.
- Finally, get the subscriber to add your email to his contacts. This will prevent some of your messages from going into its spam.
This kind of message can only be successful. But rare are those who greet their subscribers in this way. Personally, I have all these elements in my welcome message. Except that my questions are limited to 3.
By the way, what do you advise me on this level. Lots or few questions? Which one seems to be better for you.
Sincerely,
Sié Issa
Hello Sié,
It all depends on you and the goals you want to achieve. Too many questions can annoy the new subscriber and few questions can be insufficient to understand the reader's expectations ...
So it all depends on what you want to know and especially what you want to do with it.
Sincerely,
Thierry
