Once the widget Nav Menu selected, go to the tab Advanced from the left panel and open the block Layout. Set the width to Inline (self) and position on Absolute.

You can then set offsets for horizontal orientation and vertical orientation. Set the offset until you get a suitable position.

You can try different combinations of horizontal shift and vertical shift until you get a suitable position. It's a little hard work and it takes a little patience to get the proper position.
