Why does the WordPress reset not work locally?

But do not worry, there is a way to reset your WordPress password locally.
How to reset a password on WordPress
We are going to use " phpMyAdmin To reset the password to " localhost "(locally). Just access phpMyAdmin by typing the following URL in your browser's address bar:
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
You will be prompted for your MySQL username and password. By default, the username is " root Without a password.
Once you are logged in, you need to select your database. data WordPress.
