On the next page, you must click on the button " I'll install my form ". You will receive two types of code that you can copy. Go ahead and copy the JavaScript code.
Then, go to the WordPress dashboard and go to the page " Appearance> Widgets ».
You must add a widget to your WordPress sidebar.
The default WordPress text widget has a visual and text option. You need to click on the "Text" editor and paste the code inside.
