How to create a multipage form on WordPress
We will use the plugin WPForms which can be handled easily by beginners. You will need at least the basic license that costs 39 $.
The first thing you need to do is install and activate the WPForms plugin. For more details, see our step by step guide on how to install a WordPress plugin.
After activation, you must enter your license key. You can obtain this key by logging into your account on the WPForms website. Copy the license key, then visit " WPForms > Settings On your WordPress website.
Paste the license key, then click the Verify button to verify the key.
After verifying your license key, you will be ready to create your first multi-page form. You just need to go to " WPForms> Add new To begin the design.
Give your form a title, then select one of the templates below. WPForms offers you ready-to-use templates. You can choose the one that best suits your requirements or choose a blank form.
By clicking on a template, you can edit it.
Just click on the fields in the left column to add them to your form. You can then click the item in the construction area to edit this item. You can also rearrange these elements.
After adding some fields to your form, you will be ready to add a new page to this form. Click on the field " Pagebreak ».

You will notice that WPForms will add a "pagebreak At the bottom and a marker at the top. You will also find a send button to the next page, so your first page will now have a "Next" button.
Click the first marker at the top to edit the properties of the form pages. In the left column, you can select a type of progress bar. WPForms allows you to use a simple progress bar, circles, connectors, or simply turn off this feature.
For this tutorial, we will be using connectors as a progress bar. You can also choose the color of your indicator, modify the parameters of a WPForms page. Finally, you can provide a title for the first page.

Then you have to click on the pagebreak marker to change its properties. Here you can provide a title on the next page. You can also edit the text to display on the Next button.
You can continue to add form fields after the "pagebreak". If you are using the PRO version of WPForms, then you can also use conditional logic to show and hide form fields based on user responses.
After adding multiple fields, you can add more page breaks if you need to. Once you are done creating your form, click on the "Save" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
