How to add a Kanban board in WordPress

Upon activation, you will be prompted to choose the type of Kanban board you want to configure.
You have the choice between Project Management, Drafting Schedule, Application Tracking, Sales Pipeline, Basic and Custom. Each option comes with its own set of statuses, which can be customized to your liking.

Once you decide which one you want to use, select Set! . For this example, we will use the Basic Kanban board option which has the statuses To Do, Doing et Done .
Configure your general settings
After choosing the pre-designed Kanban card you want to use, you need to go to the tab Settings to configure the settings of your plug-in.

Configure your estimates settings

Add tasks to your Kanban board
Once all the parameters of your plugin have been configured, click on the button Go to your forum .
Since your Kanban board is brand new, it will appear very empty at first. Indeed, you must start the workflow process by defining tasks in the column To do .
You will also be able to estimate how long each task will take the assigned user.
From there, members assigned to team tasks can move them to the appropriate column titled Doing, follow the time required to complete the tasks and finally move them in the column Done, indicating that the task is complete.
