  1. Hello,

I managed to install it on my site. The WP Mail SMTP test email was sent correctly, same for the one from my contact form. On the other hand, my concern is that:
1 My clients' requests do not arrive in "Feedback", as is the case with the jetpack or contact form.
2 the requests of my customers arrive in the spam of my mailbox
3 and above all, my customers do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt that I want to send them. Thank you very much for your help.

  2. Bonsoir
I installed this plug in, I would like to know if the email address which is in wp setting is the default email address of wpforms.
Indeed I have my email address in wp BO setting but I want it to be someone else who receives the messages from the contact form. Is this possible and if so what should I do?
Thank you in advance for your help

    1. Hello Kaltus,

Indeed, it is the WordPress email address that is taken into account by default. But you can choose a different email address in your WPForms settings.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the plugin in mind to tell you where to do it exactly.

  3. hello, new to wordpress I created a simple contact form with wpforms but, despite my research, I can not insert it in my contact page. Can you help a poor neophyte.

  4. Hi,
    Thank you for this discovery.
    I have a quick question ...
Do you know if this plugin, which looks very interesting and very affordable, allows to retrieve data that has been entered into a form by a user, instead of receiving it by email (which all software does by default? ) to display them in an agenda (on the dates concerned) or better to store them in a table?
Because I am looking for a plugin of this type to manage (without having to put my hands in the code ... I am not competent) events that will be entered by Internet users in a form to be immediately visible in an agenda and a summary table in according to (taxonomies used) dates, places, organizers, fields concerned.
    Thank you in advance.
PS: I am already using Calendarize It! for this but which is poorly French (see my site in the new event option of the agenda menu).

    1. Hello Jean-Marc,

Sorry for we haven't tested it on the booking side yet. But once we have information on that, we'll get back to you.
