Sharing a collection of images on Divi is always a great way to visually engage users with your content. Divi's Gallery module allows you to create and organize galleries anywhere on your website. The gallery module on Divi Builder is available in grid and slider format and supports large galleries with pagination.

How to add a gallery module to your page

Before you can add a gallery module to your page, you must first jump into the Divi Builder. Once the Divi theme installed on your website, you will notice a button Use Divi Builder above the post editor whenever you create a new page. Click on this button to activate Divi Builder and access all the Divi Builder modules. Then click on the button Use Visual Builder to start the generator in visual mode. You can also click the button Use Visual Builder when you browse your website in the foreground if you are connected to your WordPress dashboard.

Once you have entered Visual Builder, you can click the gray plus button to add a new module to your page. New modules can only be added inside rows. If you are starting a new page, remember to add a row to your page first. We have great tutorials on using the elements of lines as well as sections by Divi.

Locate the gallery module in the list of modules and click on it to add it to your page. The list of modules is searchable, which means you can also type the word "gallery" and then click enter to automatically find and add the gallery module! Once the module is added, you will be greeted by the module options list. These options are separated into three main groups: Contents , Design et Advanced .

Example use case: Adding a full-width image gallery to showcase the photograph.

Adding a gallery to your photography page is a great way to promote your work and increase your credibility with clients. In this example, I'll show you how you can use the gallery module to add an image gallery with a grid layout that spans the full width of the page. The images have no space between them which gives it a practical and aesthetic presentation.

And let's not forget that each image opens a popup to cycle through the larger versions of the images in the gallery.

Using Visual Builder, add a new section under the header section with a fullwidth or full width (1 column) row. Then add the Gallery module to the row.

Update the Gallery module settings as follows:

Content options

Gallery Images: Click on the updated gallery and select the images you want to include in the gallery. Number of images: 12 Display title and caption: NO Display Pagination: NO

Design options

Layout: Grid Thumbnail orientation: Landscape Zoom icon Color: #ffffff Color of hover hover: rgba (0,0,0,0.48) Hover Icon Picker: default

Save settings

Now all that's left is to get rid of all the space around the images. Go back and select row settings. On the Design tab, update the following:

Make this row full width: YES
Use the custom gutter width: YES
Gutter width: 1

It is important to remember that the numerical value "1" for the gutter width is really zero (no width at all).
