Hi everybody.

Today, we are going to tackle a subject that is very neglected but of paramount importance for your success in all areas of life: Decision making.

You know, most entrepreneurs try to keep as many options as they can. They don't make up their minds and don't do anything. They fall into inaction and ultimately indecision destroys their business. The first thing they ignore is this:

To be afraid to dare is to be afraid to learn.

So here's a series of questions you can ask yourself the next time you're facing a Decemberision very important to take. They will increase clarity, be more comfortable, and better yet, they will make the process easier. Decision making will become child's play for you.

When faced with an important decision, the first thing to do is listen to your instinct. What's he saying ? Should you start or not?

Step #1: Think for a moment.
- What is the purpose of this decision?
- What is the problem to be solved and why do I need to solve it?
- What criteria will I use to judge the results (consequences) of my decision?

Then check your instinct, what does he tell you again? Do you feel better understanding it? OK, let's go to the next step.

Step #2: Gather as much information as possible on the decision to be made. But be careful not to get stuck in this place. There will always be a dose of uncertainty in the air (The next step is to help minimize this uncertainty). The quality of the information collected is crucial, it's better than quantity. But that does not mean you do not have to deepen your research.

Once again, what does your instinct tell you? The same thing as at the beginning? Let's move on to the next step.

Step #3: With all this information gathered, think about the options that come your way. Make (if possible) some research online. See if you can find examples of what others have done at this point. Do not worry about the results they got. Concentrate on the different alternatives that come to your mind. Do not neglect any idea.

Check again what your instinct tells you. Does he always say the same thing as at the beginning?

Step #4: Now comes the treatment phase. Based on the criteria you have defined, evaluate the different options while keeping an open mind. Consider all the advantages and disadvantages of each of your options. If new information comes to your mind during the process, be sure to consider it. Again, what do you say your instinct? Let's move on to the next step ...

Step #5: Choose the best course of action. This should be easy to do if you followed the steps above.

Step #6: Take action! Depending on the complexity of your action plan, you may need to break it down into parts. Whatever, take action!

Step #7: Evaluate the results of your decision objectively. Be honest with yourself.
- Were your objectives achieved?
- If not, why were they not achieved? Where have you failed?
- What are the lessons to be learned?

Do you now have an idea of the changes that will occur in your way of doing this exercise? It helps you understand your instinct and above all to overcome these obstacles that prevent you from taking decisions, so take action.

Something else. It's not just about making decisions, you also need to understand why you always tend to look at one problem from one angle rather than another. To understand your choices, you must go to your own meeting.

Once these steps are deeply embedded in your habits, you become a competent decision maker. You are less intimidated and more eager to take on the challenge future decisions.

Your progress becomes obvious and inescapable. You trust yourself like never before. Better yet, you also gain the trust of those around you.
